Centro Golden Gate is a commercial development located in Naples, Florida, delivering 15,099 square feet of restaurant, retail, and office space. RDA Consulting Engineers, LLC provided comprehensive civil engineering services focused on the design and coordination of critical site infrastructure to support long term performance and operational efficiency.
Our scope included the design of potable water, fire suppression, and irrigation systems, as well as sanitary sewer infrastructure incorporating grease interceptors, a private lift station, and approximately 1,250 linear feet of forcemain. Stormwater management was addressed through an underground retention system utilizing ADS StormTech chambers, allowing the site to meet regulatory requirements while maximizing usable space. Additional services included parking lot layout with specialized asphalt grading and full site lighting design to support safety and functionality.
RDA guided the project through permitting and approvals with Collier County and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, coordinating closely with the project team to maintain momentum through design and construction. The Centro Golden Gate Project was completed on schedule and within budget, reflecting RDA’s ability to deliver practical, sustainable infrastructure solutions that support successful commercial development.
