This project involved the full site planning and civil engineering design for a new Dunkin’ location along Tamiami Trail in Bonita Springs, Florida. Our scope included site layout, coordination of utilities, and comprehensive permitting with the City of Bonita Springs, Bonita Springs Utilities, and the South Florida Water Management District. A key component of the work was the design and permitting of required turn lane extensions along US-41, completed in coordination with the Florida Department of Transportation to support safe and efficient traffic flow. Through close collaboration and regulatory coordination, the project moved from concept to completion efficiently, resulting in a bright, well-integrated commercial site that supports both the client’s operations and the surrounding community.
