The Renaissance is a full-scale, multi-phase development bringing 350 residential units to Southwest Florida. RDA has been part of the project since the first site plan, providing civil engineering services across acres of engineered grading, a stormwater management system built for Florida’s rainy season, and water and sewer infrastructure running beneath every road and building pad.
A project of this footprint takes coordination at every step. Our civil team worked alongside the architect, Collier County, the South Florida Water Management District, and utility providers to carry the development through planning, permitting, and construction.
